(1) In the following data protection declaration we would like to outline how we handle personal data which is forwarded to us using our website or accepting our offers. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, for example name, address, e-mail address or user behaviour.

2. Rights of the person affected

(1) You enjoy the following rights in terms of your personal data.  Right to obtain information (§ 15 DS-GVO) about your personal data processed by us;
 Right to rectify (§ 16 DS-GVO) or complete your personal data processed by us;
 Right of erasure (§ 17 DS-GVO) of your personal data processed by us, as long as
the processing is not required according to § 17 para. 3 DS-GVO;
 Right to restriction of processing (§ 18 DS-GVO);
 Right of rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing (§ 19 DS- GVO);
 Right to data portability (§ 20 DS-GVO);
 Right to withdraw his or her consent at any time (§ 7, para. 3 DS-GVO). The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent before its withdrawal.

(2) Furthermore, the person affected has the right to object and issue a complaint in case he or she thinks that the processing of his or her personal data is unlawful. (3) Obligation to the processing of your personal data As far as we base the processing of your personal data on the weighing of interests it is possible for you to object the processing. This is the case if the processing of your personal data is not needed to fulfil a contract with you. In case this is the reason for your obligation we kindly ask you to state the reason why we should not process your personal data as usual. We will examine the state of facts and will act accordingly if the claims are justified; leading either to the erasure or adjustment of your personal data processing. 3. Data security

Since the security of your personal data is important to us we will use encryption systems such as SSL- or TLS- to protect your personal data against being accessed by unauthorized third parties. TLS- (Transport Layer Security) or SSL- (Secure Socket Layer) are encryption systems used for the data transmission on the internet. The encryption of your connection can be noticed in your browser bar through the characters “https//:” or the lock symbol. Furthermore, we employ technical and organizational measures in order to safeguard our website and other systems against loss, destruction, access, changes or the distribution or your personal data by unauthorized persons. Despite regular control a total protection against all risks is not possible.


4. Visiting our website

In case our website is only used for informational purposes we will only process personal data that is transmitted from the browser to our server. As soon as you request any file from our website access data are collected and stored as usual. This data record consists of:

Our legitimate interest arises due to the stated reasons of data collection.

5. Use of our online shop

(1) If you want to place an order using our online shop you will be asked to provide personal data such as

The specific data needed will be provided by forms. In these forms compulsory data will be specifically marked. All other data is optional. The provided personal data is used to complete the contract as well as your order. The legal basis is provided in § 6 para. 1 lit. b DS-GVO.

(2) You have the opportunity to create a personal account to use your personal data for subsequent orders. Provided data will be precariously saved and processed. The legal basis is provided in § 6 para. 1 lit. b DS-GVO.

(3) Due to the statutory provisions of commercial and fiscal law we are obligated to save your address, payment, and order data for the duration of 10 years. Thus, your data will still not be completely erased even though it might not be needed to complete the contract anymore. The processing will be limited to the extend needed to satisfy the legal obligations. The legal basis is provided in § 6 para. 1 lit. c DS-GVO.

(4) The personal data forwarded to us will be solely used to process your order. To complete your order the following external partners will be used.

(a)To deliver the product a disclosure of your address information to our parcel service is necessary. They are obligated to treat your data in strict confidence and only use it until the delivery is successfully completed. Furthermore, they are obligated to erase your data after the successful delivery. The legal basis is provided in § 6 para. 1 lit. b DS-GVO.
(b)For the handling of payment your data will be forwarded to the crdit institution assigned to handle the payment. The legal basis is provided in § 6 para. 1 lit. b DS-GVO.

6. Contacting us via e-mail or contact form and call-back service

(1) Contacting us using e-mail or our on the website provided contact form will lead to your personal data being processed and stored by us. The personal data saved depends on the specific contact form used. Contacting us via e-mail will lead to the following data being stored: e-mail address and e-mail text as well as other voluntarily given information. The data provided by you will solely be used to process your contact request. The legal basis is provided in § 6 para. 1 lit. b DS-GVO. The legal basis for our legitimate interest to answer your concern is provided in § 6 para. 1 lit. f DS-GVO.

(2) By providing your telephone number you declare your agreement to the use of your telephone number to contact you. (1) This website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files which are downloaded by your browser and stored on your device (PC, laptop, tablet, smartphone etc.). Their main purpose is to make the use of our online shop more attractive and more comfortable for you. Are you re-entering the website cookies allow the identification of your device. 9. Duration of storage of personal data


The duration of storage of personal data shall depend on the respective laws, regulations, and procedures. As soon as the legal storage period has expired the respective personal data will be deleted, unless they are necessary to complete or initiate a contract or we do not hold a legitimate interest to store the data. 10. (1) Partially we make use of external hosting services to process your data and to run this website. These external partners are carefully selected and instructed. Additionally they are controlled on regular basis and comply with our instructions. The legal basis is provided in § 28 DS-GVO.
